After his grandparents put up property worth $250,000, 18-year-old shooter of singer Jean-Paul Poulain, Corey R. Swift, has been released on bail. Swift was implicated in the shooting last spring. He was jailed April 24 on charges of felony murder. His co-defendant claims they shot the 64-year-old singer because the singer sexually abused him. The co-defendant is under psychiatric observation at Riverview Psychiatric Center in Augusta.
